Turkey, standing by the State of Libya and the brotherly people of Libya since the beginning of the Revolution, has had no expectation other than Libya's peace, prosperity and stability.

The happiness of the people of Libya will continue to be our happiness and their sorrow will continue to be our sorrow.

In this framework, we are concerned about the conflicts ongoing since 13 July at Tripoli airport and its surroundings and hope for a restoration of calm as soon as possible.

On the other hand, we welcome the announcement of the final results of the elections to the House of Representatives held on 25 June in Libya and believe that the House of Representatives will be an important platform for ensuring the stability of the country and the resolution of current problems through a comprehensive dialogue.
